Refund policy
At Oroginale Fine Jewellery, we pride ourselves on delivering beautiful, quality jewellery, if your purchase isn't quite for you - we are happy to help.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. We will offer a credit note to the value of the piece(s) within 14 days of receiving your item.
Our credit notes are in the form of a gift card, issued once the piece has been received and its condition inspected. These are valid on the online store only, and are valid for a period of three years.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note Oroginale Fine Jewellery does not accept returns when;
- Items are not returned in their original condition i.e. have been worn, are damaged, not in the original packaging.
- Items are returned outside the specified return timeframe.
- The items are personalised, engraved, custom made or bespoke.
- Items were purchased on sale.
- Earrings - due to health regulations.
Oroginale Fine Jewellery reserves the right to return the piece(s) to the sender, should any of the above occur.
To start a return, you can contact us on (02) 9719-1171 or mail@oroginale.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders, custom made or personalised items), and earrings cannot be returned for health regulations. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
