Shipping policy
Delivery is complimentary for orders over $125.
The appropriate delivery method such as Courier or Australia Post (Express Post delivery) will be determined by Oroginale Jewellery by such factors including delivery networks, size and weight of order once packaged.
If a parcel is dispatched by Oroginale Jewellery and gets lost or not delivered it would be up to the customer to follow up the parcel with the tracking number provided and if not found it would be up to the customer to submit a report to Australia Post for further investigation. Oroginale Jewellery recommends a person to be present between the hours of 9:00am and 5:00pm to accept delivery to your nominated address - signature may be required upon delivery if requested by customer.
Oroginale Jewellery will not take responsibility for lost parcel due to incorrect delivery details as submitted by you at the time of order or by Australia Post during the delivery of the item. Delays in delivery and orders returned to sender (Oroginale Jewellery) in the event that you fail to take action for organised re-delivery, should no one be present at time to accept first delivery attempt.

All orders will be processed within 24 hours of being submitted unless the item is not in stock. If the item is not in stock, Oroginale Jewellery will get in touch with you confirming the dispatch date.
We will attempt, however we cannot guarantee delivery within 1 to 7 working days from the date of payment - delivery time will vary depending on destination (excludes public holidays).
