If a parcel is dispatched by Oroginale Jewellery and gets lost or not delivered it would be up to the customer to follow up the parcel with the tracking number provided and if not found it would be up to the customer to submit a report to Australia Post for further investigation. Oroginale Jewellery will not take responsibility for lost parcel due to incorrect delivery details as submitted by you at the time of order or by Australia Post during the delivery of the item. Delays in delivery and orders returned to sender (Oroginale Jewellery) in the event that you fail to take action for organised re-delivery, should no one be present at time to accept first delivery attempt.
